In my home opinion I am ideal for a small family that wants easy access to the beach, shopping, and hospitals! My current owners know how this South Mississippi heat can be so they put in a BRAND NEW AC and water heater. I cannot forget to mention my metal roof because that is an insurance break. My primary room where the big people sleep is a great size. My other two rooms I think are good for an office space or a full size bed. I know you humans like to have alot of STUFF but I am a minimalist and believe in less is better. It helps keep my mental in check.I know I like to be in the kitchen so it really is the focal point of everything with brand new EVERYTHING! You will be the first to cook up a meal for the family and friends. I have a spacious yard to enjoy gatherings and special celebrations.
