The underwater supporting pilings and I beam flanges are incased in the same underwater concrete used in bridge construction for extra strength and to eliminate any piling deterioration. Zinc plates were then attached to all supporting I beams to deter any underwater electrolysis corrosion. The first 4 feet of the lower level is made up of waterproof materials. All walls are supported by heavy duty steel studs coated with epoxy. The roof is constructed of high gage heavy duty Galvalume panels with stainless steel gutters that run from front to rear on both sides. This boathouse comes with a 5000 lbs. boat hoist and 40-foot wet slip with pears on both sides.
